Excellent service and experience. We recommend Bob and Dawn to anyone we meet. We received daily updates of available homes through email. Correspondence was helpful and prompt. Once a week they took us to view homes of interest. They pointed out areas of concern as well as desireable characteristics. My husband was out of town for work during the Escrow process but Bob and Dawn assisted me with every step, explaing each and every document and negotiating to our benefit when appropriate. The market was highly competitive for buyers and there is no way we would have wont he bid on our property without their knowledge, expertise, and attention to detail.
